Live the Life you LOVE....get outside

This month's theme is living the life you LOVE and in true Minnesotan fashion we took advantage of that today and absorbed as much sunshine and above freezing temps as humanly possible.


We hiked the river to the falls, I only fell once, which I consider pretty darn good for the icy conditions. It was perfect. We unplugged, we talked, we threw snowballs, and we got some exercise!


There are so many great benefits to simply getting outside, this winter has been hard mentally. It sucks leaving for work in the dark and getting home in the dark, so today's weather was a ray of sunshine and a peek that spring maybe isn't 7 more months away. (Fingers Crossed).


Here are a few of the innumerable benefits of getting some fresh air:
