This week is the Mr's birthday week, so we have tons of stuff going on, but that's not going to get us off our course of decently healthy eating.
Sunday- Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Shells
I am going to switch out traditional Alfredo sauce for this recipe. Tripled
1 cup milk
6 wedge yields Laughing Cow cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Monday- Bunless burgers with sweet potato fries
Tuesday- Pizza and Salad
Wednesday- Spaghetti with meatballs and Cesar salad
Thursday- Venison Steaks with Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus
Friday- Out for Chad's Birthday Dinner
