This week is the absolute opposite of last week. As of this present moment we only have one evening event this week, so that means lots of meals at home which I love.
Monday- Meal from last week that has been neglected Korean Beef Bowls with Broccoli and Jasmine rice.

I'm going to take a stab at this recipe.
Wednesday- Roasted Chicken with carrots, potatoes, and squash

Friday- Pork and Peppers
I saw one of the Beachbody coaches I follow on instagram posted this and I have no idea how I haven't thought of this myself.
Cut mini peppers in half and line a sheet pan, cover with shredded pork tenderloin from the crock pot, drizzle with bbq sauce and cheese and broil until melted.
SO easy and we've been on such a pepper kick I feel like we've got to try it out.
